Gamelon Highlights Gamelon's Objects and Persistent Storage Gamelon turns every kind of data (e.g., numbers, strings, files, and complex collections) into an object. As a result, persistent storage and data access in complex relationships becomes straightforward. Take, for example, the following figures. How would you store these complex objects? How many one-time-use-only work arounds do you have to painstakingly implement and test? Are you really going to test them all? Instead of spending yet more hours in the office, you can let Gamelon help you with your data storage needs. The Gamelon libraries let you to store, organize, and retrieve simple and complex data structures with amazing ease. |

One of the beauties of Gamelon technology is its ability to store arbitrarily complex data structures. The architects of Gamelon have developed the container object to facilitate this popular need. The container object is capable of storing any and all object types, including the container type itself. Another useful object type in Gamelon is the index object. The index object can reside anywhere within a Gamelon file and can even point to objects outside of the file that contains the index object. Objects in any file can also be referenced via the Gamelon reference object. Once again, the designers of Gamelon gave the reference object the same flexibility as the index object--it can reference objects in any file. Used together, these powerful features of the Gamelon libraries give the software developer virtually limitless flexibility in the design and construction of the data structures. |
